How long will each pack last?

This will depend per user but on average the product should be able cover 2-3 applications if used on the whole face.

Why am I having a hard time washing off the Acne Clear Powder Mud?

Please apply the Acne Clear Powder Mud thinly on your face. Use warm water and a facial wash to gently rinse off the product.

What is the difference between the Acne Clear Potion and the Acne Clear Powder Mud?

The Acne Clear Potion is a spot corrector while the Acne Clear Powder Mud can be used as either a spot corrector or as a mask for the whole face. The Acne Clear Potion is a more potent formulation and is meant to target just the pimple. The Acne Clear Powder Mud is milder and thus can be applied on the whole face (up to 2x a week) to target blackheads, whiteheads and small acne bumps. Both products are able to provide visible results on active pimples in just 6 hours. Both products can also lighten dark marks, we recommend continuous use for 2 weeks- 1 month to see visible results. "
