There’s a slight plastic smell to the toner. Is this normal?

Since the product is fragrance-free, what you are smelling is the natural scent of ingredients like Niacinamide, Salicylic Acid and Niacinamide. However, this should not be a cause of concern since this is a dermatologically tested toner that is proven safe to use.
